A Cup of Tea Pakistani Style

A cup of tea.

When it comes to drinks my most favorite drink in the whole world is black tea.

All my family members know that I can’t live without tea. It’s a simple pleasure to have a big mug of tea seat in my favorite recline sofa watching pound with all those ducks and birds playing in the water.

Back home tea is our custom ,serve  a fine  cup of tea for everyone who visit .

And I remember in my home guest were coming all day ,so we never stops making tea from morning to night and there are many thing we serves with tea a lots of appetizers which usually come from store.

But the best part is breakfast  when we make paratha[fry bread ] and a big kettle of black tea.

So make  a custom of tea in your home  choice a time when have plenty of time relax and   make few appetizers spread a nice table cloth ,set back and enjoy.

Simple chai

Simple black tea or everyday tea this is simple recipes which I drink everyday

ingredients:

2 cups hot water

½ cup boiled milk

 Sugar or honey according to taste

 2 tea bags

2 large tea mugs

Method:

Arrange tea bags in cup or teakettle.  .add sugar or serve sugar bowl and pour the boiling water over the tea bag stir and serve milk separately along the tea so gusts can pour the milk and sugar according to there own desire and serve fresh tea enjoy every sip of it.

Doodh -patti chai

ingredients:

2 cups milk

1/2 cup water

4 tsp sugar

2 cardamom crushed

1 1/2 tsp black tea leaves

method:

In sauce  pan add milk water sugar and cardamom.

add tea leaves stir and let it boil for 1 minute  off the flame cover for another  1 minute pour in cups .
