Fish Nuggets



Fish Nuggets

Ingredients:

Fish ½ kg boneless 2 inch cubes
Salt ½ tsp
Black pepper ½ tsp
Mustard paste ½ tsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Egg 1
Milk 2 tbsp
Ingredients for batter
Self raising flour 4 tbsp
Corn flour 2 tbsp
Baking powder ¼ tsp
Salt and white pepper ¼ tsp each
Chilled water to make batter as required
Bread crumbs 1 cup

Directions:

Marinate fish cubes with salt, pepper, mustard and lemon juice, dip in egg and milk mixture then in prepared batter, roll in crumbs and deep fry.
Serve with tartar sauce.
