Bread Pakora



Bread Pakoda....

Ingredients
Potatoes (Aloo) boiled 300 gms.
fresh coriander chopped 1/4 bunch
green chillies finely chopped 1 tsp
onion chopped 1 medium size
cumin(zeera) seeds 1tsp
coriander (sabut dhania) seeds 1 tsp
chilli flakes 1 tsp (less or more)
salt to taste
1 tsp garlic paste (optional)
besan (gram flour) 1 cup
baking soda a pinch
salt to taste
chilli powder 1/2 tsp
bread slices as required
Method: dry roast cumin seeds and coriander seeds slightly,coarsely crush them.
mash boiled potatoes, add cumin,coriander seeds, chopped coriander, chilli powder, salt, chopped green chilli, garlic paste, mix all the ingredients nicely with mashed potatoes,keep aside.
take a bread slice and put 2-3 tbs of aloo batter on it , spread with spoon over it nicely, put another slice and press with palm and cut into two pieces in triangle shape, keep aside.
In another bowl put besan, salt, baking soda, chilli powder add some water and make a thick batter, give rest for 5 minutes.
heat oil in a kadhai.
Dip bread slices into besan batter and deep fry them till golden brown.
Enjoy with the dip of your choice.
