Chili Pasta Rice

Mix of eggy, veggies, pasta, rice and some spice... yum yum flavors a complete meal... a must try

chicken boneless 500 gm
minced garlic 1 tsp
spaghetti boiled 1/2 packet
spring onion 2 chopped
carrot 1 chopped
green chilies 3 -4 chopped
eggs 2 
turmeric powder 1 tsp
worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp
soy sauce 2 tbsp
salt and black pepper to taste
oil 3 -4 tbsp

Heat oil in pan, add minced garlic... fry till golden brown 



now add chicken pieces, fry till its color turn to golden brown


now add 2 beaten eggs and let it cook for few seconds... add spring onions and carrots... cook for few minutes... then add boiled spaghetti and mix well for 2 minutes


add boiled rice, worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, salt, black pepper and chopped green chilies... mix well over high flame


lastly top spring onion green part and serve

Rotini Lasagna

Rotini Lasagna

INGREDIENTS:
2 cups ground beef or chicken (I used chicken mince)
2 tsp ginger,garlic paste
1 onion chopped
salt and black pepper to taste
1 packet taco seasoning (optional)
1/4 pasta sauce (optional)

Now heat a pan, add some oil, and add the ingredients mentioned above. Cook, stirring often. As its chicken mince it will be ready within 10 mins or so. (I like to season my lasanga meat with some taco seasoning and then pour in some pasta sauce (marinara sauce). You can do that if you like, or leave it as is. Put it aside.

Now boil 2 cups of rotini. (You can use any pasta shape that you like). Put it aside.

Now make WHITE SAUCE. For white sauce u need

2 cups of milk
2 Tbsp all purpose flour
2 tbsp butter
to taste, salt and black pepper
1 chicken cube
1/2 cup grated parmesan

Method:
Heat a sauce pan and melt butter. Add all purpose flour fry it a bit than add milk n whisk it. Add chicken cube, when u see its becoming thick, add pepper, salt and parmesan. Its ready.

Now take a baking dish. Spray with oil spray. Now u have to make layers. 1st layer will be of macroni(if u put lil oil after draining macronis they will not stick to each other)
2nd layer chicken mixture
3rd layer white sauce
4th macroni
5th a layer of pasta sauce (marinara sauce), then white sauce, then cheddar/mozzarella cheese, oregano, red chilli flakes. You'll need enough cheese to cover the top (about 1/2 cup cheddar, 1/2 cup mozarella). You can use more or less, as per your liking.

Bake it in pre heated oven for 30 mins on 350 F or until heated through. I put it under the broiler for about 2 minutes to brown the cheese a little.

This recipe is inspired by Ira Hussain's Macaroni Meat Pie. I've made a lot of changes, but her method with the white sauce was just amazing. It allows you to use less cheese but still have such a cheesy, gooey texture.

Noodles Chili Rice

Masala TV recipe of Noodles Chili Rice by Chef Zakir from Dawat. This mouth-watering "Main Course" recipe for Noodles Chili Rice can be prepared in 30 minutes and serves 2-4 people.

Recipe Ingredients

  • Chicken breast 1
  • Garlic chopped 4 – 5 cloves
  • Rice ½ kg
  • Kolson Egg Noodles (boiled) ½ packet
  • Spring onion 2
  • Carrot 1 medium
  • Green chilies 5 – 6
  • Egg 2
  • Turmeric powder 1 tbsp
  • Worchester sauce 1 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil ¼ cup

Recipe Method

  1. Heat ¼ cup oil in a pan, add 4 – 5 cloves of chopped garlic. Fry till golden brown.
  2. Now add chicken cut into juliennes, fry till its color turn to golden brown.
  3. Now add 2 beaten eggs and let allow to cook for a few seconds.
  4. Also add 2 chopped spring onion and 1 chopped carrot. Sauté for a few minutes more.
  5. Then add ½ packet boiled kolson noodles. Mix well for 2 minutes.
  6. Add ½ kg boiled rice, 1 tbsp Worchester sauce, 2 tbsp soya sauce, salt to taste and 5 – 6 chopped green chilies. Mix well over high flame.
  7. Lastly top spring onion greens and serve.

شملہ مرچ ایک عدد
لال مرچ کٹی ہوئی چائے کا ڈیرھ چمچ
چکن بون لیس آدھا کلو
کالی مرچ چائے کا آدھا چمچ
ٹماٹر دو عدد
نمک حسب ذائقہ
مایونیز کھانے کے دو چمچ
کریم چار چمچ
گاجر ایک عدد
ٹماٹو کیچپ/چلی ساس/سویا ساس
لہسن پسا ہوا کھانے کا ایک ایک چمچ
ہری پیاز ایک عدد
انڈے ابال لیں تین عدد
اسپیگٹیز آدھا پیکٹ
بند گوبھی ایک عدد
فرنیچ فرائز حسب ضرورت


ترکیب؛
تیل گرم کریں اس میں چکن ڈال کر بھونیں پھر اس میں لہسن، نمک، کٹی مرچ اور ٹماٹر ڈال کر پکائیں۔ جب ٹماٹر کا پانی خشک ہوجائے تو کالی مرچ، سویا ساس، چلی ساس اور ٹماٹو کیچپ ڈال کر بھونیں اور اس کو علحیدہ رکھ لیں۔
اب تمام سبزیوں کو بھی فرائی کرلیں۔ انہیں بھی علحیدہ رکھ دیں۔
اسپیگٹیز اور چاول بوائل کرلیں۔
مایونیز اور کریم مکس کرلیں۔
انڈوں کو گول سلائس میں کاٹ لیں۔
اب تمام چیزوں کو باری باری تہہ لگائیں۔
پہلے چاول پھر چکن پھر سبزیاں پھر انڈے، اسپیگٹیز، فرینچ فرائز، مایونیز اور چاہیں تو اوپر سے لہسن کا بگھار لگا لیں۔

Spaghetti in Desi Style

DESI STYLE SPAGHETTI WITH SPICY VEGES !

U NEED FOR SABZI

Half small cabbage cut into fine slices
1 small green pepper cut into fine pieces or squares
1 or 2 tbsp of cooking oil
1/2 tsp rai seeds
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp kalonji or onion seeds
1 pinch of Ajwaien seeds
1 small onion sliced
1 tbsp GG paste mixed
1/2 tsp haldi
1tsp bhuna zeera pwd
2 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp soya sauce
little bit of lemon juice optional
v little salt cause we are using other sour ingredients
250g--1/2 packet of spaghetti noodles from 500g
fresh green masala, corriandar and parsley
red chilli flakes for serving with hommous

DIRECTION
Take a pan drop oil when hot add all the dry seeds like zeera,kalonji,rai and ajwaien when starts popping add sliced onion. Fry tiil golden or lightly done,Now add GG paste mix for few seconds add all the cabbage and green pepper pieces.Keep mixing and add all the other spices like zeera pwd,haldi red chilli pwd if u r using.or bit of green chillies,salt.Cover and cook for 10 mins. on low heat.Dont use any water it will release its own.Now add vinegar and soya sauce and lemon juice .Mix well and keep covered for another 5 or 10 mins till its all done.
While you r cooking boil in bit of salty water your noodles with little cooking oil or olive oil is best.
Once done drain and keep for serving.
Now take a big platter and arrange like my picture here .Spread all the noodles in a circular or round in your serving dish and sabzi or vegetables in the centre.Serve with hommous on the top.It goes v well with noodles.Sprinkle with green masala and red chilli flakes.
Enjoy this with any meal v satisfying and tasty.

Tip--- U can use any good mix vegetables of your choice with chicken or on its own !!
