Chicken Shish Kebab
Chicken Maryland---- 2
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 tablespoon paprika
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp of cracked black pepper
1 brown onion, finely grated
2 tbsp of olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon Origano or mixed herbs
½ teaspoon All spice (garam masala)
Few drops Red food colour
Marinate the chicken overnight in the fridge in a container with a lid. Bring the chicken to room temperature one hour before grilling. Preheat the barbecue or oven (grill). Grill the chicken for about 10-15 minutes. Every time you turn the chicken, brush with marinade
